Quality Control
All our products are brand new direct from UK distributors of leading manufacturers. All power products have their own unique serial identification number registered by the distributor to enable a specific unit to be tracked through the sale process.
Warranty & After Sales Service
All products come with a full 12 month manufacturers warranty which covers faulty parts or materials. Warranty does not cover consumable items such as tyres and bulbs or maintenance required due to misuse or accidental damage including flat batteries due to incorrect charging. A call out requested or diagnosed due to the above will result in a minimum call out fee of £50 and may be subject to additional parts and labour charges. Incontinence products have no warranty cover due to Hygiene Law.
Products delivered by the Standard delivery service have a return to base warranty. A upgrade backup service is available at an additional cost of £165 excluding VAT and only comes FREE with all Pavement, 6 or 8mph Scooters, Rise & Recline chairs and Powerchairs.

Scooter Range
Theoretical range is calculated under test conditions in accordance with European standards. Actual range specified in normal use will depend on many factors, including the condition of vehicle and the batteries, weight of driver plus any additional carrying weight, tyre pressure, ambient temperature and the gradient and surface of the road or pavement.
Delivery
Delivery is made within 5 working days of receipt of order/payment subject to stock availability. If your item is not in stock we will place on back order and advice you immediately. In this circumstance you have the right to cancel the order within 5 working days from notification. For bespoke wheelchairs, Rise & Recline beds or chairs & Powerchairs there will be a 6 week maximum lead time.
Standard delivery service is included FREE for all car transportable scooters, Bathlifts & Wheelchairs within UK mainland only. This service will be delivered weekdays in the manufacturers' packaging with all instructions for assembly and maintenance.
Engineer appointed delivery service is included FREE for all Pavement, 6/8mph Scooters, Rise & Recline chairs and Powerchairs within UK mainland only. This service includes delivery to your door, assembly and instruction on how to use the product. This service is available as an upgrade to the Standard delivery service at an additional cost of £165 excluding VAT.
VAT Exemption (Zero rated VAT)
The majority of our customers do not have to pay VAT so we display all our prices excluding VAT. For products that are not eligible for the zero rate of VAT this will be indicated within the "View More" area of the product. VAT will be charged at the checkout stage.
Where the zero rate of VAT is allowed a option below the checkout button is available to select zero rated VAT on the eligible product(s). You will be redirected to an electronic form which needs to be completed in full and an actual medical condition must be stated. Once completed a copy of this form will be sent to your email address as confirmation and you will then be redirected to the checkout area minus the relevant VAT.
Please note that the medical condition stated must relate to the item purchased. For example if you purchase a Scooter then you must state a condition that results in you not being able to walk that far. Customs & Excise will not accept "old age" or "disabled" as a medical condition.

Cancellation & Returns
We give all customers a "cooling off" period of 7 days from the date goods are received. If you decide that you do not want the product supplied then you can receive a full refund within 14 days provided that you notify us in writing within the 7 days of the receipt of goods. Customers will be liable for the initial carriage and return costs. To claim under these terms the product must be unused, in the original packaging and must not be damaged in any way. Products that are specifically tailored to the individual needs are excluded.
As part of the conditions of sale customers are required to inspect all goods on receipt and state on the Courier's documentation details of damage to either the packaging or the goods. Where this is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, we will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or replacement. In all cases damage to goods should be reported to us immediately on our free phone number 0800 073 1659. All products leave us in a new condition. We require a signature on delivery which is a declaration that you have received the goods in a as new condition. Please therefore check items before signing. Please do not accept goods if they are damaged and return them immediately.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
